I'm running a good four years behind on this series of books, but I finally caught up with the first volume, DESTINY. I liked it enough to put a hold on the next book, SOLOMON'S JAR, but I didn't think it was perfect. The ending in particular bugged me, because I didn't feel like we got enough resolution with the Wild Hunt and the Brotherhood of the Silent Rain. There's just a lot of running around and shooting and then it's over. Good enough for what it is, but perhaps not as good as it ought to be.

The Rogue Angel books bounce back and forth between two primary authors. Early on the odd numbered books by Mel Odom tend to be better than the even numbered books. The next one, The Spider Stone, is very good.

What a coincidence.  I have had this book on my shelf for years. I was going to download a Graphic Audio for my commute so I figured I 'd read the first RA to see if I wanted to try an audio adaptation. While I agree the story was a little frantic, I did enjoy it very much. I will read more and definitely download an audio RA soon.
