Ron, you have a great web site and I appreciate what you do for us. I noticed the DL book list is not listing the true author name for recently released books. Any reason for that, or is there a way for us to find who the authors are?

The only reason was laziness on my part - with very few exceptions I don't know who the authors are in advance, so I tend to wait until a book comes out and see if there is a credit on the copyright page. If not I do have a few other resources to try, but I don't like to bug them unnecessarily. I just added the DL authors up through Tainted Cascade (awful title with an awful cover...). I have no idea who the author is for Perception Fault, but I have a pretty good guess who got the job for #100 (sadly not Alan Philipson, he is happily retired from GE and probably sipping wine coolers on the beach in a tropical paradise by now).

Yeah Ron, I am happily retired on my GE royalties. Now I stroll a tropical beach in shorts and flipflops, wearing a billcap with dual wine cooler reservoirs/plastic sucktubes, a garbage bag over  my shoulder, in search of the elusive aluminum can or the rarer-still, lost wallet.

    Every day is an adventure.

    W-R,
An easier solution would be for you to retire, too. Plenty of room on the beach.  Lots of fresh air and exercise hunting down scrap metal to underwrite the odd cheeseburger.

No effing deer! No effing chipmunks!

And I know how much you like wine coolers.

Sounds marvy, if only to avoid the chipmunks. Alas, I must stick around until I edit the manuscript where the Diefenbunker makes its debut. Then I'll consider sun and sand.

Are you serious about the Diefenbunker in DL? Or is it a Canadian metaphor for THE LAST STRAW?

Always wanted to ask, but kept forgetting, is there a Tim's in the Diefenbunker?

Yes, I'm serious about the Diefenbunker. It's a really good book with so much packed into the story. Alas, no Tim's. Hahaha. Wouldn't that be something? Jeez, what a missed opportunity for the cover! A derelict, dilipadated Tim's on the edge of a pesthole ville... I had always thought that there was only one Diefenbunker, in Carp, near Ottawa, but I've read that there is a series of them, even one here in the Maritimes. Who knew Canada had it's own series of real redoubts?

Tim Hortens--don't know why the company doesn't have      " 's" in its logo--is Canada's nationwide coffee chain. Everyone who partakes  is addicted, as the coffee has 6 times the caffeine. Can't live without 3 double-doubles per day. Switched to green tea, as I'm going to Weight Watchers. Too much information?

I can't help but think of the horned guy in the Monte Python movie.

I can't believe that the writers of the books come here to talk with people. Can we ask you questions about the books you have written?

Hey there Chuck, Not Harry but i do have a question or two. Just wondering whether you where a DL fan before writing Blood Harvest? If so what are you're favourite books in the series?
Im thinking about attempeding to write a DL novel, but because im a bit off a gun novice(living in good ol gun free Britain) was wondering if you where a bit off a gun Expert? Seeing deathlands novels are a bit gun pornish

    Dave

P.s Have Hell Road warriors pre ordered, premise looks good and im so glad someone has located their novel in somewhere other than Louisana
