THE OUTLANDERS TIMELINE

            As Morrigan pointed out in Savage Sun, "Dating in any ancient history is precarious business." In fact, it is almost impossible to achieve definitive dates when referring to events that occurred many thousands of years ago. So, to minimize reader confusion, when the time-frame can only be approximated, the historical entry is prefixed by the word "conjecture." BCE means "Before the Common Era" and "CE" means "Common Era" which corresponds to "AD."

            All of the events catalogued here have a bearing, in not a direct impact, on the world of Outlanders.

1.4 Billion BCE(conjecture) According to some esoteric traditions, the race known as The Old Ones arrive from the distant star-system of Xoth.  

450,000 BCE (conjecture) The Annunaki, led by Enki, arrive and a colony, is established in Southern Mesopotamia.

430,000 BCE (conjecture) The great Ice sheets begin to recede, the climate around the Middle East becomes much more hospitable. 

415,000 BCE (conjecture)  Enki moves inland, establishing Larsa.

400,000 BCE (conjecture) The great interglacial period spreads globally. Enlil arrives on Earth and establishes Nippur as mission control on Earth. Enki establishes sea routes to southern Africa to mine gold.

360,000 BCE (conjecture) The Nefilim establish Bad-Tibira to smelt the gold they have been mining. Sippar, the spaceport, and other cities are established. 

300,000 BCE (conjecture) Archaic Homo sapiens appear, after the Annunaki revolt against Enlil. They grew tired of being forced to labor in the mines and so forth.  After the revolt, the Annunaki begin a program of genetic engineering on the indigenous species of protohumans, creating the template of Homo sapiens to make a slave labor force. In the process they also create the lost races, the chimeras which later serve as the foundation for myths of centaurs, giants and harpies and mer-people. One of these lost races may be the aquatic creatures known as the Selkies.  

250,000 BCE (conjecture) Early homo sapiens spread to the other continents.

200,000 BCE (conjecture) Life on Earth Regresses as a new ice age begins.

100,000 BCE (conjecture) The ice age ends, turning the climate hospitable again.

77,000 BCE (conjecture) Ubartutu/Lamech, a human of divine parentage, takes over as ruler of Shuruppak, under the patronage of Ninhusag, an Annunkai. 

75,000 BCE (conjecture) An new ice-age begins. Humanity spreads across the globe.

49,000 BCE (conjecture) Ziusudra, possibly the figure that Noah was based on, and a servant of Enki, begins his reign.

40,000––30,000 BCE(conjecture) According some traditions, this period saw  the human colonization of Asia, Australasia, the lost continent of Lemuria or Mu, Hyperborea and Gondawara.  

38,000 BCE (conjecture) The harsh climate decimates Mankind. The Neanderthals are wiped out, and only Cro-Magnon mankind survives in the Middle East. Enlil, upset with the changes, decides to destroy the survivors. 

20,000 BCE (conjecture) Overseen by Enlil, the Annunkai arrange for a catastrophe to destroy the human labor force. This catastrophe is recorded in ancient texts as the Great Flood. The Nefilim, aware of the impending tidal wave (the great Deluge),. leave earth, prepared to allow mankind to perish in the global flooding. Enki doesn't want to see Mankind perish, he secretly informs Noah about the impending disaster and teaches him how to save the race, and many of the animal species.

16,000 BCE The last ice age begins.

15,000 BCE End of the coldest period of most recent ice age.

14,000 BCE (conjecture) The Formorians invade Ireland and the creatures known as the Selkies leave the island. 

13,000 BCE (conjecture)  Ireland is colonized by the semi mythological Tuatha De Danaan, who displace the previous Formorian population. Possibly, they arrive from Mars. According to ancient tradition, the Tuatha De Danaan appeared in Ireland on a magic city of light and founded four great centers of wisdom and learning. The sites of these cities are allegedly entrances to the Bru' magical places not inhabited by humans. According to legend, the Danaan are considered to have arrived in Ireland from outside humanities narrow concepts of space and time, coming from a place known in Gaelic legend as Tir Na' Nog. The Danaan brought with them four treasures. The first was the Lia Fail (Stone of Destiny), the second was the sword of Nuadu, the third the Spear of Lugh the Long Arm, and the fourth the Cauldron of the Dagda. Over the course of centuries the Tuatha De Danaan are known by many names, such as the Sidhe and the Gentry. A short while after arriving the Tuatha De Danaan defeat the Formorians at the battle of Moytura.

11,000 BCE.––10, 000 BCE (conjecture)  The  Tuatha De Danaan map out the natural interphase points across the globe and live in relative peace with the Celtic tribes of Ireland, often times intermarrying with them. They apparently are instrumental in the founding of the Atlantean civilization.

            A force of Annunaki return to Earth and engage in a long war with the Danaan. The Celts call them the "Na Fferyllt", the Dragon Kings. They exploit the humans, using them as pawns against the Danaan. The Danaan take the war to the Annunkai and the conflict extends even to the other planets in the solar system, legends of which are immortalized and disguised as "a war in Heaven."

            Finally, after a global catacylsm which may have been due to the battles between the two forces, the war abates under terms. A pact is struck whereby the the two races intermingle their genetic material  to create the forebears of the Archons, also known as the First Folk.

10,000––9,000 BCE (conjecture) Both the Annunkai and the Danaan retreat further and further from direct involvement with humankind, even though Enlil still works behind the scenes, influencing different cultures such as the precursors of the Sumerians and the early Egyptians. The Sphinx and the Great Pyramids of Giza are built during this time. A Danaan colony returns to Mars.

            The First Folk of the Archons settle in Asia and using the technology given to them by both the Danaan and the Annunkai build a civilization. Lam is born sometime during this 1,000 year period. His race mingles its blood with that of superior humans which is the source of the legends of "blue bloods."

            The Atlantean League establishes colonies in the British Isles, Western Europe, North Africa and South America. Rise of the Aryan culture on the island of Thule.

9, 650 BCE––5,000 BCE (conjecture): Estimated date of a global cataclysm which results in the destruction of Atlantis in the Atlantic Ocean and Lemuria/Mu in the Pacific. The magnetic centers of the Earth shift and land masses sink.  The Atlantean priesthood flees to various parts of the world, including its slave labor force, the Firbolg. They arrive in Ireland and almost instantly are locked in conflict with the Danaan and later the Celts.

            The First Folk's civilization is destroyed. Those who are are not killed alter their physiologies in order to survive. By the time humanity recovers from the catastrophe, the Folk are so changed they are feared and hated. They are considered to be monsters, demons and imps. Their settlements are looted and  fragments of the Chintamani Stone are stolen. The Folk retreat to an underground city in Asia where they begin their long struggle to survive by controlling humanity. Later, they are known as The Archons.

            One of their airships crashes in the Gobi before it has become a desert. The Archons begin a program of genetic engineering on the indigenous tribesmen in the area.

            Formation of two lands in pre-dynastic Egypt ruled by Isis and Osiris. The Egyptian pantheon of gods is established and the Pharoahs are regarded as the divine representatives of the gods. Rise of the Sumerian civilization.

5000 BCE(conjecture) Major monuments are constructed, including the first phase of Stonehenge and the ziggurat of Ur, the Tower of Babel. The great chambered tumulus of Newgrange, on the northern bank of the Boyne in Ireland, is in use during this period as part of the megalithic tomb tradition. Megalithic structures such as Stonehenge and Newgrange were deliberately constructed above 'points of power' - natural vortices in the quantum field and represent expressions of hyper dimensional mathematics. Hyper dimensional theory provides a fundamental connection between the four forces of nature, a connection between uphill and downhill energy flows between dimensions. Some ancient cultures are aware of these vortices and manipulate the energies in the megalithic structures to open portals into other realms of existence.

6000-4000 B.C,  The city of Kharo-Khoto, later known as the Black city by Mongolia nomads is a major commerce center in the southwestern Gobi Desert. Legend has it that it contained the sacred flame, an incredibly powerful source of energy. 

1400-1200 BCE.  During the advance of the Israelites into Canaan, Joshua and his army attack the city of Jericho. This event was well documented in the Christian Bible. The walls of the city were brought down using the holy ark of the Covenant. It is theorized that it was some sort of sonic attack, possibly a bombardment that destroyed the walls and allowed Joshua to take the city.

            Small luminscent objects are seen in the skies over Egypt, Europe and Asia. The phenomena lasts for centuries and is duly recorded by the scribes of kingdoms and times. In reality, they objects are small remote probes sent back in time by Operation Chronos.

356-323 BCE  Alexander the Great is born. He is reputed to be one of the greatest military geniuses ever known. He was the son of Phillip 2nd of Macedonia, Alexander eventually goes on to conquer Egypt, Persia and part of India before his Death. It is rumored that during his life he used a primitive Diving bell to descend into the depths of the ocean.

334-332 BCE. During the war in Persia, Alexander the Great passed through Phrygia and cuts the Gordian knot with his sword. This knot, which was tied by an ancient Phrygian king named Gordius, was supposedly so fiendishly complicated that it could not be untied. According to ancient prophecy, it was to be undone only by the man who should rule Asia. Alexander the Great invaded Egypt and assumed the role of Pharaoh. His general, and successor, Ptolemy, established a long dynasty. His Dynasty included Cleopatra. In Egypt, Alexander founded the city of Alexandria at the mouth of the Nile. This city later becomes the literary, scientific and commercial center of the ancient world.

150 BCE ––001 CE (conjecture).  The last major Celtic settlement in Ireland is built when the Children of Miled flee from Roman incursions into the Iberian Peninsula. They invade Ireland at Kerry in the south and the Boyne estuary in the east. At first the Danaan oppose them, but later live in uneasy peace with them.  Birth of Jesus of Nazareth.

001––200 CE (conjecture) Invasion of Britain by Roman legions and suppression of the Druids. An attempted incursion into Ireland by Rome is turned away by the Tuatha De Danaan.

200 CE.(conjecture) Khara Bator Janiyn, known in Mandarin as Hara-Tzyan-Tzyun, a warrior and a mystic who could speak the black words, or magic formulas and spells, built a city on the location of Kharo-Khoto,. This is the latest in a long line of many cities that existed on the site over the centuries since the initial city was founded. Khara Bator supposedly also possessed a vast and magical treasure. His power grew so great that the Chinese emperor feared him and ended up dispatching an army to subdue the man. His city comes under siege for years. Eventually the Chinese emperor arrived and somehow cut off the water supply to the city. Khara Bator and his people are determined to die fighting, but his favorite daughter persuaded him to flee the city, while she opened the gates for the Chinese army. During his flight from the city, Khara Bator speaks the black words which transformed the Fertile country around into barren wastes. The Chinese forces abandon the city, without plundering the legendary treasures.

391 CE: The Christian Emperor Theodosius I orders the destruction of pagan items at the Library of Alexandria, in Egypt. Amongst the information lost during the burning of the Library is the knowledge that some ancient cultures were aware of natural dimensional vortices, and were able to manipulate the energies to open portals into other realms of existence - one function of the megalithic structures such as Stonehenge. Later conspiracy theorists suggest that the Archon Directorate was responsible for - or at least involved in - the burning of the Library. The Directorate continues to suppress the knowledge over the coming centuries, both directly and through secret societies in their employ.

400–450 CE (conjecture):A Danaan princess named Fand meets and falls in love with the Celtic warrior Cuchulainn, also known as Ka'in. The Firbolgs stage an invasion at Ulster and Fand is captured. Ka'in rescues her and is instrumental in defeating the invaders. Shortly after this, Ka'in is killed at Cuailnge. Shortly after this, the Tuatha De Danaan are rumored to have returned to Tir na' Nog with the treasures they had brought. Other legends state that the Tuatha De Danaan  supposedly went underground and became immortal

            Enlil, last of the so-called Dragon Kings and one of the major Annunaki is imprisoned by Saint Patrick in a cryonics chamber on the isle of Great Skellig. At this time a pact is made that he would remain imprisoned until Judgement Day. This is apparently the basis of the legend of Patrick driving the serpents from Ireland.  The Priory of Awen is founded to safeguard his crypt.

451 CE: The Huns invade Gaul.

453 CE: Brigid of Ireland (later Saint Brigid) is born of Danaan-human descent. Renowned for her beauty, she refuses marriage and becomes a nun, founding four monasteries and eventually becoming one of three patron saints of Ireland (along with Patrick and Columba).

500 CE The bard Merlin - of Danaan-human descent - lives during this time. Historically, the life of the actual bard is amalgamated with myths of a Celtic sky deity, and is later immortalised in Arthurian legend as a sorcerer and adviser to both Uther Pendragon and his son Arthur. Merlin is said to have "danced" the megaliths of Stonehenge into place with his music.

524 CE: Brigid of Ireland passes away. 

600-700 CE:  Tales of the subterranean city of Agartha spread throughout Asia.. Balam is possibly born there around this time.

738 CE: Abdul Al-Hazred dies after writing the Kitab Al-Azif.

900 CE: The Toltecs gain ascendancy in Mexico.

950 CE: Theodorous Philetas translates the Kitab Al-Azif into Greek, Hereafter the work is known as "The Necronomicon."

1001––1034 CE: The Tanguat Empire adopts the name of Xi Xia in 1001, and rapidly establishes a dynasty. Kharo-Khoto is a border town of the Tanguat Empire. A Viking settlement in North America is  established by Leif Ericson. Brian Boru extinguishes the Viking threat to Ireland in the Battle of Clontarf. Foundation of the Order of the Devoted Assassins by Hassan-i-Sabbah.

1161 CE: Temujin (later Genghis Khan) is born.

1170 CE: Richard De Clair, who took the name Strongbow leads the first completely successful invasion of Ireland.

1200's CE: A man made the circuit of so called New Age Circles, spreading the doctrine of hyperdimensional physics and existence of alternate worlds. He made claims that humanity existed on all dimensional levels and that our experiences on each level were completely different. He explained that the dimensions were separated from one another by wavelengths, like notes on a musical scale. This was the last record of anyone claiming to be a Melchizedek.

1200's CE: The Viking settlement in North America is allegedly aborted by the Archons. Balam visits the city of Agartha for one last time. 

1206 CE: Temujin spends time in the city of Kharo-Khoto, in the southwestern Gobi Desert. After melding together the feuding Mongol tribes into an army. He is proclaimed Genghis Khan ("universal ruler"), and invades China and Iran. The Great Khan swears to annihilate the Tanguat Empire when the Tanguat Emperor refuses to assist his campaigns. Genghis Khan becomes the first known person to be elevated to the title of the "Tushe Gun" ("Avenging Lama"). His sons move further west, into Russia and Eastern Europe. After the Khan's death, his immediate family establish the so-called "Golden Clan" to maintain the ruling dynasty. The reign lasts into the thirteen century.

1260 CE: Kublai Khan establishes Yuan Dynaty in China. Mamluks defeat the Mongols at Goliath Springs and take power in Syria and Egypt.

1307 CE: Knights Templars are arrested by King Phillip of France on charges of devil worship, heresy and sexual perversion. They are suspected of possessing the Holy Grail, the cup used by Christ during the Last Supper.

1325 CE: Capital of Aztec Empire founded in Tenochtitilan Mexico.

1334––1349 CE: The first outbreak of bubonic plague, known as the Black Death, spreads across Europe. 

1379––1400 CE: The Golden Clan makes Kharo-Khoto the capital of the Mongol Empire. As in the Khara Bator legend, the Chinese march on Kharo-Khoto and raze it to the ground. Succeeding centuries see the ancient city covered completely by sand. Mongol rule in China is brought to an end towards the end of the century after a civil war among the Mongol princes. Mongol rule in south Russia is also destroyed, with the victory of Dimitry Donskoi of Moscow at Kulikovo and the later conquests of Tamerlane - who sees himself as the military equal of Genghis Khan

1480 CE: Inquistion established in Spain.

1492 CE: Columbus re-discovers America for the Spanish Crown.

1521 CE: Hernan Cortez and his expeditionary force of conquistidores overcome King Montezuma and his Aztec empire.

1566 CE--Solomon Kane is born in Devonshire England. He grows up to become a Puritan, solider, duellist and adventurer.

1593 CE: In October, a Spanish solider stationed in Manila appears mysteriously in Mexico City. Confused and disoriented, he claims the governor of the Phillipines had been assassinated the night before. The authorities slap him in jail where he remains for two months until news of the governor's murder in Manila reaches Mexico. The solider is one of Operation Chronos failed time-trawling experiments using Project Cerberus technology.

1608 CE: The telescope is invented and refined by Galileo Galilei.

1619 CE: Johannes Kepler, an astronomer at a Prague observatory, describes the motions of planets in his "Third Law"

1680 CE: A monastery is constructed on the Byang-Thang Plateau, in Northwest Tibet. It is the continuation of a long line of monasteries that have existed here for thousands of years. It's main purpose is to house a part of the Chintamani stone, to keep it segregated from the other portions of the stone, scattered all over the world. 

1700's CE:  Oliver Cromwell wages a genocidal war in Ireland which wipes out over eighty percent of the population on the island. Masonic Grand Lodge of England and Druid Order founded.

1740-1760 CE:  A warrior chieftain named Amursana makes an attempt to reclaim the ancient city of Kharo-Khoto from the Chinese. Claiming to be both a descendant and reincarnation of Khara Bator, he unites the scattered Mongol tribes for a guerilla war of liberation against their oppressors. For more than a year, he and his nomads fight a hopeless fight against superior forces.

              Amursana dies, and legends are told that the liberator Khan will one day reappear as a warrior figure inspired by the gods. A cult develops to await Amursana's coming incarnation and rebirth of the Golden Clan.

1760––1794 CE: Sir Francis Dashwood founds the first Hell Fire Club. The Boston Tea Party; George Washington is appointed Commander-in-Chief of the new American Army; Declaration of Independence and the American Revolution; French Revolution; conspiracy to overthrow the Habsburg Dynasty in Europe.

1800––1850 CE: The cult known as the Skotpsi florish in Russia for several years before they are almost wiped out buy the powers that be. The survivors go into hiding but the cult survives.

            British rule is lightened up on the Irish island. Jean Lafitte sees to the construction of a church in the Louisiana bayous so his Cajun smugglers and slave-runners will have a place in which to worship. The priest, Father Ocajnik is later revealed to be an Old One who has taken on human guise and preys on the parishioners. A voodoo priest, Daddy Lefevere contains Ocajnik in a tomb beneath the church.

1853 CE: The samurai - a class of professional warriors who flourished in ancient Japan for several hundred years - effectively die out.

1856 CE: July 10: Nikola Tesla is born in Smiljan, Lika (Austria-Hungary). He was the supposed archetype of mad Scientists. He was the inventor of the core idea behind HAARP, as well as a telephone repeater, rotating magnetic field principle, polyphase alternating-current system, induction motor, alternating-current power transmission, Tesla coil transformer, wireless communication, radio, fluorescent lights, and more than 700 other patents.

1860-65 CE: American Civil War. Days after the Confederate surrender, President Abraham Lincoln is assassinated.

1868 CE February 14: Theophilus Algernon Tanner is born in South Strafford Vermont.

1870 CE:  Astronomers report monstrous explosions occurring on Mars. The phenomenon ends abruptly in 1872. These events are apparently related to the Archons attempt to displace the colony of Tuatha De Danaan  and re-establish a foothold on the planet.

1874 CE Nicholas Roerich is born. He later goes on to become a famous Mystic and Artist.

1876, June 26 CE:  General George Custer and 246 of his men are killed at the Battle of Little Big Horn. 

1879 CE: Albert Einstein is born.

1880's CE: The term Tong is coined to describe illegal Chinese activities in and around San Francisco.

1888 CE: Augustus "Granite" Grant is born in New York City. He grows up to be a professional boxer, a doctor and a member of the Mistakonic Project.

1891 CE:  Scottish chemist and physicist James Dewar develops a method for producing quantities of liquid oxygen, and invents the Dewar flask - a double-walled vacuum storage vessel. Using the Dewar flask, he succeeds in liquefying hydrogen gas in 1898. Modified Dewar flasks are later used in the cryonic suspension process of the late twentieth century.

1896 CE: November All of the Plains tribes have been pacified and restricted to reservations by the early 1880s, but there are rumors of a band of Sioux vanishing from a reservation, disappearing from the face of the earth. Dr. Theophilius Algernon Tanner disappears without a trace from Omaha, Nebraska, snatched by Operation Chronos. His wife Emily and two children are killed during the process.

1899 CE: The town of Snakefish springs up in Northern California.

 Nikola Tesla builds a transmitter on top of a Colorado mountain as his first experiment in utilizing Earth's electromagnetic radiation to provide a free energy source. Balam is the father of three hybrid children, whose mother was a human. The children are raised in the city of Agartha.

1900 CE Max Planck, professor at the University of Berlin, announces the quantum theory.

1901 CE: Nikola Tesla proposes his world system. Specifically he anticipated very low frequency global navigation, Radar, Morse code telegraphy with ships at sea, multiplexing, remote controlled weapons, and many others. 

1902 CE: November 12th Clark Savage Jr. is born. From an early age he undergoes rigorous physical and mental training, and grows up to become one of the most brilliant scientists of the twentieth century. Doctor Clark Savage is later responsible for a number of scientific developments in the fields of physics and medicine, as well as devoting his life and wealth to aiding the oppressed and rehabilitating criminals.

1907 CE:  A Russian explorer and archaeologist named Kosloff becomes the first European to study the ruins of the ancient city of Kharo-Khoto, in the southwestern Gobi Desert.

1908 CE:  June 8th An Archon ship crashes in the Tunguska River region of Siberia, causing a massive almost nuclear-like explosion. 

1911 CE: The Mongol chieftain Dambin Jansang is determined to revive the glories of the Golden Clan, and he chooses the ancient capital of Kharo-Khoto as his base. Said to possess hypnotic powers and a gigantic force of will, Jansang's early years were spent studying occult sciences with Chinese and Tibetan mystics. As he traveled around Mongolia at the turn of the century, the conviction spread that he was the reincarnation of both Khara Bator and Amursana. He is worshipped as a divine warrior, with hosts of savage fighters gathered around him. Jansang leads a revolution against the Chinese and is invested with the title of the Tushe Gun, becoming both the spiritual and military leader of the Mongolian people. He is said to have possessed the ring of Genghis Khan, supposedly found in an underground vault of Kharo-Khoto, where he also claims to have made contact with the "Sons of Intelligences of Beyond." The Tushe Gun's horde later captures and sacks the Chinese garrison at the western Mongolian city of Kobdo. After this victory, his reputation as the Mongol messiah is uncontested, and the Tushe Gun is appointed governor of the west.

1913 CE: Danish physicist Niels Bohr reaches the summit of his career with a theory of the atom which departs from classical mechanics and makes use of Planck's constant and quantum theory. The strange blend of Newtonian and quantum theories leaves physicists uneasy about the supposedly basic principles of their science.

1913 CE: Ambrose Gwinett Bierce disappears in Mexico during the Revolution. He is one of Operation Chrono's failed experiments.

1920's CE: A high abbot from the Trasilunpo lamasery entrusts Nicholas Roerich with a fragment of the Chintamani Stone

1923 CE: After mounting several expeditions to the site of the ancient city of Kharo-Khoto, the Russian explorer Kosloff unearths a large vault beneath the surface of the southwestern Gobi Desert. His discoveries are never made public to the non-Soviet scientific community. Members of Kosloff's expeditions are struck down by mysterious maladies which resemble radiation sickness. In the unexpurgated report submitted by Kosloff, he claims that a major civilization once existed in the Gobi, predating even Sumeria. The Gobi civilization is said to have been technologically advanced, and the desert upon which it sat was once lush with vegetation. Kosloff hypothesized that the civilization, of which Kharo-Khoto was the hub, perished due to atomic radiation. Geologists who later visit the region discover traces of radiation. Kosloff's theory - which is rejected by his scientific contemporaries - is that the Gobi civilization was created by a nonhuman race.

1924 CE: A combined force of Russian and Chinese troops set out for the Black Gobi to assassinate the Tushe Gun. This is not accomplished through force of arms, but through deceit and treachery, when Dambin Jansang is shot by a man he trusted. His head is paraded all around Mongolia to prove to the people that the messiah and the revolution are dead. In the years that follow, many people claim to see the Tushe Gun, whole and mounted on his pony, riding through the wastes

1930 CE: On August 6, New York Supreme Court Judge Joseph F. Crater disappears without a trace. He is one of the failed time-trawling experiments of Operation Chronos. Also in this year, a village of over a thousand Eskimos vanish without a trace in Canada. Even the graves of the cemetary are opened up and the corpses removed.

1939-1945 CE: During World War II, German scientists labor to build what turn out to be purely theoretical secret weapons for the Third Reich, based on technology from the Archon Directive. Despite technological superiority, the Nazis are defeated and the Allied powers adopts the researches and appropriates many of the scientists. At the end of the war, the United States becomes a cosignatory of the Archon Directive, and grants amnesty and asylum to former Nazi scientists who were working on the German Totality Concept. After the war, the United States begins construction of underground bases to house the new research - such as the complex beneath the Archuleta Mesa outside Dulce, New Mexico. Russian troops occupying Berlin during the close of World War II come across evidence of the alliance between the Archon Directive and the Nazis. Most of the evidence is on paper, such as scientific developments geared towards secret weapons, and it is appropriated by the Allies. A deal is struck with elements of the Third Reich's intelligence community to absorb their technological and principal scientific establishment. Thus is born the Totality Concept and the Cold War between America and Russia. The Stalinist government has in its possession information about the 1908 Tunguska incident. The material found in Berlin is the impetus for a new investigation at Tunguska, which is later linked to the Archon Directive. Russian scientists discover a canister buried deep within the earth - a lifeboat-type contrivance containing three beings in a form of cryogenic suspension. Only one is successfully revived - the Archon known as Balam. He is eventually traded to the Americans. 

1943 CE: January 7th Nikola Tesla dies in New York City.

1945 CE  April 30th. After the fall of the German Reich, C.W. Thrush executes Hitler in his bunker beneath the Reich's Chancellery. Domi witness' the execution after a mishap during a mat-trans jump out of England. 

1947 CE: Another Archon ship crashes near Roswell New Mexico. Colonel C.W. Thrush orders it to be covered up and that no news to be allowed to leak to the public. Brigid witness's the events unfold after a misjump from England. Nicholas Roerich dies.

            A mysterious man who called himself Maha Chohan, regent of the Realm of Agartha, visited France. Not only did he describe the underground city of Agartha, claiming its origins dated back 50,000 years. He made allusions to a system of physics that transcended what today's scientists understood.

            The modern UFO phenomena begins on this year. Over the next five decades, three types of "alien beings" are reported in the majority of cases: The Grays correspond to the Archons and the so-called Nordics, who appear to br human are the Tuatha De Danann. The third type, encountered only rarely are the Reptilians who apparently are representatives of the Annunkai.

1948 CE: Silas Torrance Burr is born.

1949 CE: The southwestern region of the Gobi Desert, containing the site of the ancient city of Kharo-Khoto, becomes China's primary nuclear weapons-testing site, due to the remoteness of its location. The mysterious tradition of the area also keeps local nomads away.

Late 1940's CE: Dwight D. Eisenhower learns of the Archons shortly after an accident in the sands of New Mexico. It is then he had been briefed on the Totality concept and the Archon Directive. 

1950 CE: After the end of the second world war and the heating up of hostilities between the east and west, the United States government begins to construct huge underground complexes that would house the government in time of war.

1952 CE: October 3rd.  Mohandas Lakesh Singh is born in Kashmir, India.

1953 CE. The United States Government enters a covert bu formal pact with the Archons, believing they are emissaries from the Zeti Reticuli star system.. The agreement is known as the Archon Directive.

1955 CE (conjecture) James Lawrence Karabatos is born. Two centuries later, he will be known as Lord Strongbow.

1957 CE: Drake Burroughs is born.

1958 CE: NASA is formed. The Fly is released to theaters, a glimpse into the future of Matter Transmission.   

1958-1960 CE: He didn't like what he had discovered and tried to warn the American People in his farewell speech, but he employed the euphemism of the military-industrial complex. He shared the knowledge he gained with his predecessor, Kennedy.

    Kennedy never met any of the Archons, only their representative, Col. C.W. Thrush. Through Thrush, Kennedy learned that the totality concept and it's many related researches constituted the most ambitious and secret scientific project in recorded history. The Archons provided the crucial technology to translate and meld quantum and hyperdimensional physics with relativistic physics. 

    The aim of the Archon Directive, and it's involvement in the Totality concept, was to unify humanity. It was a goal that Kennedy couldn't argue with.  The answer he got from them regarding their allying themselves with the third Reich was less than satisfactory to him. He was told that backing out of the pact with the Archons was not an option.

    He was told by Thrush that the doomsday clock was set for twelve noon, January 20th, 2001.  On that day, humanity would be united.

    Kennedy didn't like being told this, especially by a sinister figure like Thrush. He refused to agree to the code of silence that his two predecessors did.  He had been only allowed a glimpse of the totality concept projects and realized that the only way he could see more is to expose it to the public.

    But before he could go any further, near the end of his first term, he was assasinated (see below)

1960 CE: The P2 Lodge is formed.  

1962 CE: The Chinese send a submarine named 'Octopus Lotus'  loaded with nerve gas and biological agents into the Pacific. It's final destination was to be Florida, where they would attack, causing the Americans and Russians to go to war. It was intercepted by American destroyers and almost got it to the surface. But help arrived too late to remove the weapons, so they scuttled it. 

1963 CE:  November 22nd: Kane after being thrust back in time during a misjump from England, he witnesses as C.W. Thrush co-ordinates the assassination of John F. Kennedy.

1964 CE: December 17th. Mildred Wyeth is born.

1965 CE: The Cryonics Society of New York is founded. The first modern case of animal mutilation is reported.

1967 CE: Snakefish builds it's town hall. 

1968 CE:  June 3rd. Dr. Geraldo Vidal and his wife are traveling by car in Argentina when they encountered a strange fog. When they awake, they discover that they were  in Mexico. It is one of the failed attempts of Operation Chronos, utilizing Project Cerberus technology.

1968 CE:  Mohandas Lakesh Singh comes to America on a scholarship. 

    Gordon J. F. MacDonald publishes the book, Unless Peace Comes.

1969 CE:  The construction of huge underground instillations across the united states slows down to a mere trickle of what it had been.

    Apollo 11 is launched in June and lands on the Moon. Neil Armstrong is the first man to walk on the Moon. 

1970 CE: The year when what is known as the Black Helicopter Phenomenon begins. They are mainly seen in remote locations and sometimes are witnessed traveling with UFO's.

1971 CE: Mohandas Lakesh Singh receives his doctorate in Cybernetics and Quantum mechanics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

1972 CE: Dian Baptiste is born. A secret Moonbase is established in the Manitius crater region. It was built near the artifacts that scientists believed were the remains on an ancient city. 

1974 CE:  Mohandas Lakesh Singh is wooed away from NASA by a government contract electronics company. He finds himself working in a secret base within the Archuleta Mesa outside Dulce New Mexico. Erica Van Sloane is born.

1976 CE: Lawrence J. Karabatos becomes a freelance consultant for the various secret government groups like the NSA, DARPA, CIA, DIA, etc. 

    The Viking mars mission transmits back over 50,000 images of the surface of the planet back to earth. The mysterious head and pyramids in Cydonia are first discovered.

1977 CE:  Construction on Parallax Red begins after the discoveries are made on Mars. It is a joint project between the Soviets and the Americans, part of Overproject Majestic

1980 CE: COG or Continuity of Government begins. All over the nation secret stockpiles of food, equipment, weapons and goods were deployed, as well as large bases or 'Redoubts' were constructed to allow the government to continue functioning in the event of a nuclear holocaust.

1982 CE: The woman known first as Sister  Fand and later Mother Fand is born in Ireland.

1982 CE: The British invade the Falkland islands, in retaliation for Argentina trying to take control of them. The Cromwell Corvette class stealth ship is first deployed during this war. 

1983 CE: Ronald Reagan initiates the SDI, or Strategic Defense Initiative, also known as Star Wars. Many projects from the Totality concept are developed in conjunction.

1985 CE:  The Soviets withdraw their support in constructing Parallax Red and begin their own partisan plans to investigate the monuments on Mars.

1988 CE: The Russians lose two probes that were to investigate the Martian moon of Phobos. They were destroyed. George Bush is elected President. 

1989 CE:  The technology for the Matter Transmitters is perfected in Dulce New Mexico. Lakesh is the first man to use the transmitters. He is briefed on the pact between the US government and the Archon Directive. 

1990 CE:  A gateway is installed on the Moonbase in Manitius crater. A few months later one is installed on Parallax Red. Late in the year the establishment of Cydonia Compound One on Mars took place. 

            The scientists of Redoubt 47 in Louisiana bayous find and revive Ocajnik. They use his DNA to create the first, prototype of the creatures later known as "swampies" and to genetically alter the Cornelius Family. Otto Skorzeny arrives at a Nazi stronghold in the Antarctic. A gateway unit is installed within a Quonset hut a short distance away. He and the staff of the facility go into cryonic suspension for unspecified reasons.

1991 CE: The major portions of Parallax Red are completed. At this time it's three years behind schedule due to mishaps and technical problems.

    In major cities urban warfare training programs are used wherein house to house searches for illegal firearms were conducted by men wearing black armour and traveling in the black helicopters

1992 CE:  Victor Boldt is born in England. Alaska hosts an event known as Police 2000. Military and police personnel from Canada, the United States as well as Russia participate. They merge together to become a transnational police organization designed to protect the upcoming 'global village'

1993 CE:  The staff in Dulce New Mexico are forced to stick to a tight timetable in order to manufacture the Mat-Trans units in modular form for ease of placement throughout the United States and the rest of the world.

1994 CE: April 30th. The originating date for a Department of Defense document that is likely the origin of the Magistrate Division.

    A presidential directive is signed that opened the door to direct intervention in domestic affairs by officers of the international police agency. Sister, later known as Mother Fand is selected to join the Priory of Awen where she is told of her heritage and is educated, knowing what her role in the future would be. The department of defense develops methods to manipulate storms in Project Skyfire and Stormfury. They announce a master weather control program called Spacecast 2020.

1995 CE: A gateway is transported into Russia and installed in a dacha about twenty miles from Moscow.  

Mid-1990's: Due to a slowdown in the national economy many of the Major software corporations and research facilities move from Silicon Valley, California to Washington and set up around Seattle.

1996 CE: Construction on Redoubt Bravo, also known as Cerberus redoubt is completed and it begins to produce modular form Mat Trans units for other redoubts as well special locations.

1997 CE:  Mount Rushmore is taken over by the government. Construction on a huge 15 level redoubt known as the Anthill Complex begins.

1998 CE As the Hale Bopp comet approaches the solar system, a number of fringe astronomers thought they saw something following in it's wake. They believed that it might have been an alien space ship. Construction on huge numbers of Redoubts begins all over the states and other locations across the globe. Lawrence J. Karabatos was invited to join Overproject Majestic as a liaison officer between Mission Snowbird and Project Sigma.

    Doctor Theolphius Algnernon Tanner is the first successful subject of a time-trawling experiment, drawn from 1896.

1999 CE: Dr. Connaught O'Brien joins Overproject Excalibur and is assigned to Mission Invictus. She works with three other women and eight men in a secret eugenics project to breed a human that could not only survive, but thrive in the the blasted ruins of a nuclear holocaust. Further research into robotics is halted due to inability to generalize. During a demonstration  a sec hunter droid kills a Congressional aid because he wears a mustache similar to that of a known terrorist; Learning of the imminent nuclear holocaust, genetcist William Longley flees from the Mission Invictus installation with medical files. He manages to get his hands on a stasis unit and takes it to a retreat in the Rocky Mountains.

2000 CE:  A holographic presentation is created about mid way through the year in hopes to obtain financing from the project funding committees to support the further colonization of Mars. Addition of gateways to the following redoubts is completed: Tango, Victor, Yankee, Zulu, November, Oscar and Golf.

    December 28: Dr. T.A. Tanner is propelled forward in time by the scientists of Operation Chronos.

    December 31st. In New York City, Lakesh, Connaught O'Brien, Kuo Liang and attend a Broadway revival of the musical, "Guys and Dolls."

2001 CE:  January. Dr. Torrance Silas Burr (later known as Silas Jamaisvous) uses the time trawling equipment to propel himself into the future where he could safely escape the impending holocaust. COG continues operations right up until the nuclear war. But despite the planning and preparation the government has not foreseen all the horrifying ramifications of a global nuclear exchange. 

January 15th. A secret document comes into Lawrence J. Karabatos's hands. It related to an experiment that recently undertaken by Operation Chronos. He discovers that in a week's time  the Earth will be all but destroyed by a nuclear holocaust. William Longley seals his Rocky Mountain and climbs into the stasis unit.

January 19th  Sister Fand, an American named Karabatos and a priest named Morn arrive on the isle of Great Skellig. Upon arriving on the island. Here Fand is raped and impregnated by Enlil the Annunaki. The creature dies after copulation. Karabatos kills Morn after the impregnation takes place.  

            Grant watches as C.W. Thrush kills the Soviet Ambassador and then sets the timer that will detonate the nuclear warhead below the embassy. Grant was thrust there after a misjump from England.

January 20: Three nuclear weapons are detonated in Washington DC, triggering the final war which wipes out the majority of humanity, spawning the Deathlands.  

January 20: Wil Longley makes it to his hidden retreat in the Rocky mountains where he goes into cryonic suspension.

2002 CE: A skeleton staff of soldiers and support personnel in Mount Rushmore begin preparations to survive as long as possible. Certain members begin to undergo surgery being implanted with cybernetic enhancements.  

2002 October 3rd: 18 months had passed since the holocaust and Lakesh witnessed yet another suicide in a long string of suicides.  He spends the night one last time with his love, Dian Baptist. 

2002 October 4th: Lakesh is put into cryosleep inside the Anthill complex. He expects that he will be under for about twenty years. 

2004 CE: Anne Malloy integrates her mind with TARA in Redoubt Zulu after it is abandoned. 

2008 CE:  Survivors from Parallax Red and other space stations retreat to the Cydonia Base on Mars to live with the colonists and the transadapts. 

 2020--2024 CE:  Old Druidic and other pagan systems begin to take root over the remains of the United Kingdom. The worst effects of the nuclear winter, the Skydark begin to ebb.

2021 CE: S.D. "Bob" Falconer of the Special Cybernetics Operations Unit, headquartered in White Sands, New Mexico, arrives in Louisiana to put an end to the threat of Ocajnik and his Swampie horde.

2025 CE: Nuclear winter ends.

2030 CE A group of genetically engineered vampires, simply known as the 'Family' emerge from Redoubt 47 located in the heart of the Louisiana bayou. They move into a gothic mansion on the outskirts of a ville known as Brampton, and use it as a feeding ground.  

    Conditions stabilized enough to allow the few survivors in California to start growing grapes for wine. Somehow undamaged seeds are brought in from France.

2076 CE:  The mutants known as Stickies first appear in the Deathlands.

2095 CE: Dr. T.A. Tanner appears in Montana and is enslaved by Jordan Teague.

2096-2100 CE  Events as depicted in the Deathlands series.

2108 CE (conjecture) The Wyeth Codex is written around this time.

2109 CE:   The Council of Front Royal institutes the Program of Unification. The barons are created in the Dulce redoubt in New Mexico. At least nine special hybrids, who will eventually become barons are given life using the best of human DNA as well as genetic material provided by  Balam.

2110: The Program of Unification begins.

2113 CE: General Graham Adams, Taylor Henstell and Captain Long Johnson lead a great fleet to Ireland to take it from the Celts and once again put it under the control of Britain. Not a single ship or man returns.. 

2110-2120 CE: The bloody years of the unification program where people who had even a inkling of the COG or Mat Trans units or  the Totality Concept programs are hunted down and killed. This includes the Baron Blasters, groups of people who actively and savagely fight against the unification program. During this ten year period, the nine villes are built by slave labor and Magistrate Divisions are created.

2141 CE: Piotr Sverdlovosk is born in Russia. 

2143 CE: Guana Teague is born.

2147 CE: William Longley's stasis chamber opens and he picks up where he left off with his genetic research.

2150 CE: Kane's grandfather, a distant relation to Solomon Kane is killed in taking back the Tartarus Pits in Cobaltville  by insurgents who believe ville authority is completely arbitrary. Many Magistrates are literally torn limb from limb before the insurgents are finally wiped out.

2151 CE January 16th:  Lakesh is brought out of cryonic suspension in the Anthill complex located in Mount Rushmore in order to help continue with the Archon Directorate and Unification Program.

2157 CE: Lakesh decides to wage a secret war against the Barons and the Archon Directorate. He begins to work on gene splicing to create warriors to be used in his war. 

2158 CE: Salvo is born. He is the product of genetic manipulation by Lakesh. He is Lakesh's first attempt to create warriors to use in his war against the barons.

2159 CE:  Sky Dog is born in Cobaltville.

2160: CE Grant is born in Cobaltville. He is distantly related to Augustus "Granite" Grant.

2161 CE: Aubrey Quayle is born in New London, England.

2162 CE: Phin mac Cumhal mac Trenmor is born in Ireland.

2163 CE: Pollard is born in Cobaltville.

2164 CE: The bioengineering section of the Dulce installation is reactivated.

2165 CE: Salvo's negative tendencies manifest themselves. Lakesh decides that his first attempt at creating the perfect warrior was a failure. He tries a second time.  

2166 CE:  Kane is born in the barony of Cobaltville. He is Salvo's fraternal twin, and Lakesh's second attempt at creating the perfect soldier to use in his war against the barons.

2166 CE: Lenya Ivornich is born in Russia.

2167 CE: Shizuka Gozen is born in Japan.

2168 CE:  Sister Fand as well as Lawrence Karabatos wake up from their cryogenic suspension. She flees to Ireland and gives birth to the child that she was carrying after being impregnated by  Enlil. Thereafter she and her daughter, also named Fand, live in the Priory of Awen citadel.

            Lakesh reactivates Redoubt Bravo or Cerberus for his private retreat and way-point for his war against the barons. He begins to upgrade the security systems of the base.

2169 CE:  Abrams becomes Administrator of the Cobaltville Magistrate Division. Karabatos arrives in New London, takes the name Lord Strongbow and begins to reorganize the people there into a strong thriving community. He models it after a police state. He brings back the old Anglo-Saxon traditions. At this time he begins to work with Enlil's genetic structure and creates a retro virus that melds his DNA with that of the Annunkai.

2170 CE: Roberta J Berrier is born in Ragnarville. Salvo becomes a Magistrate. Shortly afterwards, with the help of a man named Landenburg, he loses his virginity to a woman who iss being held for questioning. William Paulo Harwin, later known as Sindri is born in the Martian Cydonia Compound.

2171 CE:  The security upgrades that Lakesh performed on Redoubt Bravo are complete.. They include old fashioned cameras, infra-red and low light cameras, motion detectors and so forth. Brigid Baptiste is born in Cobaltville.

2172 CE:  Lord Strongbow, after several fatalities finally genetically modifies enough men to create his first contingent of Dragoons.

2173 CE:   Fand wants to kill her half human but she can't bring herself to do it. She is exiled from the Priory of Awen due to this act. 

    William Longley's genetic experiments are finally successful with the birth of Ambika.

2174 CE: After the death of his father, Sky Dog, his mother, brother and sister leave Cobaltville. On the way out a Magistrate removes the identification chip from each of them, using a knife, ensuring that they can never legally return to the ville. 

            District 12 is established by the current Soviet government. The main tenet of the organization was to discover any and all predark technology, including that related to the Totality Concept. 

2175 CE: Sky Dog's sister is murdered by a roving marauder gang. Later that year his mother dies from rad poisoning after passing through a hellzone. 

2176 CE: Sky Dog and his brother meet with the Sioux in Montana. They are welcomed into the tribe. Dorjieff moves into Tibet, having been sent there from District 12. Lenya Ivornich's mother is killed in the Georgian State during an uprising.

2179 CE: Sky Dog becomes the shaman for the tribe of Sioux that took him in. He is also considered the local expert on wasicun, or whites, because of having grown up in Cobaltville. 

2181 CE: After five long years of brutally dealing with roving bandits, would be revolutionaries, and Chinese expeditionary forces.  the utter ruthlessness he employed earns Dorjieff the title of Tsyansis Khan-Po, the King of Fear.

2182 CE:  Brigid Baptiste begins her training as an Archivist in the Historical Division. Kane joins the Magistrates. Esther Veley Lefevre is born in Louisiana.

2183-85 CE: Domi is born around this time in an Outland settlement near the Snake River.

2185 CE: Brigid Baptiste's mother mysteriously disappears from Cobaltville.

2186 CE: Kane goes on his second dark-territory probe, with Grant as his squad leader. During an ambush by Roamers, Grant is wounded in a black-powder mine explosion. Kane performs first aid on Grant, and they find that the Roamers have disabled their Sandcat. The Magistrates are forced to hike a day and a night through the Colorado hellzone, with Kane lugging Grant almost the entire distance. Toward the end of the rugged trek, Kane is so exhausted and consumed with pain from cracked ribs, that he thinks he has a Roamer cornered in a gully and blows the head off a cactus. He spends nearly a week picking the needles out of his face. Grant and Kane become partners in Magistrate duties. Grant is cited for meritorious service.

    The basic tenet of District 12 changes ever so slightly. Many agents are spread throughout Europe and Asia to track down 'Damned Data' and keep their eyes on their neighboring countries that are pulling themselves together, particularly China. 

2187 CE: Baron Ragnar begins to use a modified Spectre sub machine gun when he practices his shooting in the villes shooting range. 

    Ambika begins her conquest of Outland villes on the Western Isles.

2188 CE:  Guende joins Baron Colbalt's Trust.

2188-2198 CE - Lord Strongbow, having driven the Celts in Britannia into hiding, realizes the political folly of allowing nearby Ireland to keep breeding replacements for a potential resistance movement. Unable to invade Ireland by conventional military means, he turns to the preserved remains of Enlil. Lacking the gene-splicing technology available to the Archon Directorate, Strongbow creates viral mixtures from Enlil's nucleic acids, and infects himself. The virus replicates, infecting and transforming Strongbow's cells. Although the process nearly kills him, Strongbow recovers and within a few months his genetic code successfully melds with Enlil's. The results of the genetic virus give Strongbow improved sight, double stamina and physical strength, and an increased lifespan. After the successful mutagenesis, Strongbow fine-tunes the viral reaction - precisely modifying the DNA sequence and changing the amino-acid structure - before exposing volunteers to it. After five years, with only a few fatalities, Strongbow creates his first contingent of "dragoons." Over five years, Strongbow assembles prototype singularity inversion equipment, following the specifications laid down by the intellect of the Totality Concept - based on discoveries made by theorists including Mohandas Lakesh Singh, Stephen Hawking, Torrance Burr and Spiros Marcuse. Strongbow sets about accomplishing his long-range mission - the pacification of Ireland and death of Sister Fand's offspring.  

2189-2191 CE: Ambika arrives on the isle of Columbine.  It is rumored that she came from a hidden redoubt on the island. It isn't long before she begins to carve out an empire for herself. Three times over the first two years they are forced off the island, but the third time was the last.  Her people attacked the invaders, wiping them out to the last. After letting nature clean the bodies, she had the bones gathered and made a bridge to act as a symbol of her strength and power.

2189 CE: Guana Teague becomes Boss of the Cobaltville Pits.

2190 CE: Baron Sharpe of Sharpville succumbs to a virus that threatens his life. He is taken to the Dulce New Mexico facility and is saved. But his mind is no longer the same. After his brush with Death, and weeks of rehabilitation, Sharpe takes a mutie called Crawler and names him his advisor. This is the same mutie crawler who had been the original Baron Sharpe's personal pet, over a hundred years before.

2191 CE: House Mashashgie flees Japan and settles New Edo.

2192 CE: Brigid Baptiste begins work as an Archivist in Cobaltville.

2193 CE: Salvo is brought into the Trust of Baron Cobalt.  Abrams is his sponsor.

    Ambika and her father reactivated a number of gasoline manufacturing plants in Mexico, providing the fuel she needed.  Wei Qiang learns of this but knows she will destroy her plants before she ever lets them fall into the wrong hands. At the same time they discover the 'Octopus Lotus' that had been washed ashore after a sea-quake. She discovers the holds are filled with biological and chemical agents. They spent months getting it sea worthy once again and eventually bring it back to her island. The sub is to be a weapon to use against Qiang or Cobalt. 

2194 CE: During a sweep of the pits Guana Teague is taken in for questioning. He stays in a cell for days before a Magistrate sets him free and gives him a communication unit. Over the next five years he is contacted three times with various assignments. The first was provide names of Jolt walkers, the second was to alert the Magistrates if any unusual tech was brought into the ville.

    William Longley, Ambika's father, dies.

    Grant is cited for meritorious service. After the ceremony, Salvo informs Grant that his contract application for marriage with Olivia has been refused. Now that the application has been reviewed and refused, Grant and Olivia have drawn attention to themselves, and their relationship is now officially unsanctioned and cannot continue lawfully. He leaves her apartment for the last time at 3:00am, and at dawn he, Kane and a squad of Magistrates make a Pit sweep. They find six pregnant women hiding in a cellar, and at Salvo's order they serve the termination warrants. Grant keeps his eyes closed when he fires his Sin Eater, praying he doesn't hit any of the women but knowing he did. Kane and Grant discover a secret route down into the Tartarus Pits from the Cobaltville Enclaves, via a ventilation shaft.

2195 CE:  Lakesh takes the senior Kane - a member of the Cobaltville Trust - into his confidence, and Kane willingly joins the resistance movement. The junior Kane last speaks with his father, when he assumes the mandatory administrator's post and virtually disappears from his son's life. In reality, his father breaks from the ville and travels to Redoubt Bravo in Montana to join Lakesh. Kane's father and Anson travel to the Dulce experimental facility. Anson returns to Redoubt Bravo with a captured Archon named Balam. Kane's father is captured by the Archons and later used for genetic material. A few days after returning, Anson kills himself with his own sidearm after not being allowed to mount a rescue mission. In Magistrate hard-contact operations, Salvo begins assigning Kane permanently to the position of pointman. Although Kane doesn't know why, he finds that he prefers operating as pointman.

    Since only a couple of Cerberus personnel are adept at tuning out Balam's constant telepathic touch, and not knowing the extent of the mental influence on the human mind, sec protocols are instituted - only an exile named Banks and Lakesh are allowed to be alone with Balam in the containment area.    

    Piotr Sverdlovosk asks the Mongolia tribesmen he is in contact with to go into the Gobi Desert with metal detectors, radiation Detectors and other instruments. During this time the chief's son Shykyr finds the Black City and opens up the vault, in reality the buried Archon airship.. Shortly after many of the tribesmen begin to sicken and die due to the release of radiation.

    Reba DeFore joins the group of exiles at Cerberus redoubt.

2196 CE: A violent revolution occurs in Moscow and there is a change in government. Lenya Ivornich's husband is killed during the revolution in Russia.

    Domi leaves the ville of Cuprum, her birthplace in south-western Idaho. She eventually makes her way to the Outlands of Colorado. 

    New Edo begins trading with Port Morninglight on the California coast. 

    Ambika sets up a business office on the Western Island of Autarkic and establishes a home base on the Isle of the Lioness. Shortly afterwards, she is almost assassinated by a group of free traders who objected to her stranglehold. After recovering, she hunted down and killed each and every one of them. 

    Using District Twelve intelligence reports, Colonel Piotr Sverdlovosk discovers that a mat-trans gateway exists within China's former sphere of influence, out in the southwestern Gobi Desert. In order to find the installation, he reactivates an old prewar military air base in Mongolia. Sverdlovosk travels to Mongolia to enlist the aid of the nomadic tribesmen, and makes a deal with the clan ruled by Boro Orolok. He promises them food, medicines and weapons if they will search the Black Gobi for anything unusual. Sverdlovosk provides the nomads with metal detectors and Geiger and radiation counters. After a few months Boro's clan discovers the underground gateway installation, but the sec door defies Sverdlovosk's attempts to breach it. During the search for the gateway, Boro's youngest son Shykyr comes across the ruins of Kharo-Khoto. Shykyr explores the city, using the equipment supplied by the Russians, and discovers an underground vault beneath the ruins. Soon afterwards, a wasting sickness strikes the nomads and their herds, and many of them die. When the discovery is reported back to Sverdlovosk, he pays the tribe to begin excavations, hoping to discover another Totality Concept installation, or at least historical relics.

    Kane and Grant are present at a Magistrate briefing in Cobaltville concerning Le Loup Garou, the Wolfman - chieftain of the most vicious Roamer band in the western Outlands. Lakesh sees Baron Sharpe at the Dulce facility, during the barons' annual genetic treatments.

    Donald Bry, a fugitive from the villes, is brought to Redoubt Bravo and is trained in the theory and function of the Quantum Interphase Mat-Trans Inducer by Lakesh.

    Baron cobalt begins negotiations with the Outlader trader consortiums to open up mines in Utah and the surrounding states to bring raw ore back to the ville for processing. The ore would be used in manufacturing. 

2197 CE:  Guana Teague finds a pair of matched Uzi's waiting for him in his quarters. He knows that they were provided for him to be used in his assignments. His third assignment is to provide his benefactor with the name of the best smuggler he knew of in the ville. He gives them the name Milton Reeth. The smuggler is given the job of supplying fresh genetic material to be used at Dulce redoubt. Over the next year he slowly begins to send inferior samples to the redoubt out of greed. Eventually Baron Cobalt tires of this practice and issues a termination warrant for him

    Brigid Baptiste begins work and discovers a disk that contains a message from the Preservationists. The discovery scares her badly. Over the next several months she will be contacted by the Preservationists several more times. The contacts will finally culminate with her obtaining a disk that contains the Wyeth Codex. It turns out that Lakesh has been feeding her the data.

    On Mars, after gaining access to the computers to correct a minor problem, Sindri discovers information about the Archon Directive. Weeks of research are thrown away when Sindri brings his findings to the committee of One Hundred. They laugh at him and call him insane and threaten to exile him. A month later revolution breaks out, and the humans, as well as two-thirds of the Transadapt population are wiped out.

    In Mongolia, after providing the Mongols with food, medicines, tools and digging equipment, Sverdlovosk returns to Russia. Many months pass, and the progress reports become sporadic. Sverdlovosk returns to Mongolia, and finds that much has changed. Boro Orolok has abdicated his position, and Shykyr is now the undisputed chieftain and has assumed the title of Supreme Chief. He has forged an alliance between several western and northern tribes, and their united objective is to restore Kharo-Khoto to its former mythical glory and use it as the magical capital city of the new Golden Clan. Boro Orolok claims that Shykyr has bathed in the Black Flame of Shamos and has undergone a terrifying transformation into a creature that is neither half man nor half god, and that his son is now the reincarnation of Khara Bator, Temujin, Amursana and Dambin Jansang. Boro accuses his son of stealing the souls of his tribesmen, using the dragon ring of Genghis Khan. He refuses to enter the underground vault again, but draws pictures of some of the contents for Sverdlovosk. Shykyr adopts the title of the Tushe Gun, and establishes out a bargain with Sverdlovosk to supply matériel to restore the power of Kharo-Khoto.

    In Russia, Grigori Zakat manages to make the rank of Major in District Twelve, after he arranges matters to make General Stovoski believe that he has been seduced a middle aged, oversexed wife.

    December. Guana Teague brings  Domi into the Tartarus pits and uses her as a sexual slave.

2198 CE: Lakesh begins to notice strange readings coming from the Gobi Desert in the area that the legendary city of Kharo-Khoto is said to be located. He notices the change using one of the few surviving satellites in orbit. 

    Mid January.  Magistrate Barch, from Raganarville, plants data in the Archives regarding the HAARP program and Redoubt Zulu. On the Isle of the Lioness, William Longley dies of unknown causes.

    Spring: - Lakesh begins to plan Beth-Li Rouch's escape from Ragnarville, so that she can join the resistance movement in Redoubt Bravo.

    June The Outlanders series begins with EXILE TO HELL

            Kane, Salvo, Grant and several other Magistrates lead an assault on Milton Reeth's fortress in the Vesa Madre canyon. Here he discovers the gateway system and obtains a computer disk. That night he takes it to Brigid Baptist to have it decoded. They discover it's true nature. At a meeting with the trust Salvo is ordered to have Kane's partner Grant assassinated. Salvo contacts the pit boss Guana Teague to carry it out. On the 16th Kane and Grant are assigned a new magistrate and are told to do a sweep of the pits. Here Guana's two henchmen Uno and Dos attack. The assassination fails and Dos is killed. Uno escapes. Kane takes the evidence back to the evidence room. Brigid is also arrested as a Preservationist. Kane is ordered to see Salvo. The other man takes him to Alpha level where he meets the baron and is inducted into the trust. The next day when Brigid is to be executed Kane breaks her out. He knows that Grant is going to be killed by the Magistrates so Kane tells him to make his escape. They meet in the pits. Grant encounters Teauge, his sec man and Domi. He kills Uno and Domi kills Teague. Kane lets Brigid know he is going to smuggle her into the outlands and they take a sandcat that Teauge owned. They are followed by Deathbirds into the Mesa Vedre canyon. They manage to shoot down one Deathbird and disable the second when they reach the fortress. Brigid tries several gateway codes before they discover that the one in the Darks is active. That is where they jump to. Here they meet Lakesh and the other exiles. After being decontaminated and disarmed Kane is taken to meet Balam. They are allowed to rest up because next day they are leaving to Dulce to find the truth behind the Archon directive. On the 17 they discover that Dulce is being used to create Hybrids like the barons. Kane also discovers the fate of his father. They kill a large number of the hybrids and severely damage the redoubt. They spend until the 19th resting after the encounter.

2198 CE:  August-September - Lakesh begins working on a project to identify naturally occurring vortices possessing the same principles as the mat-trans gateways, in order to close them off or use them to spy on the Archons. Sindri and an advance team of twenty transadapts travel from the Cydonia Compound on Mars to the Parallax Red space station via mat-trans gateway. Planning an eventual exodus of the remaining Martian transadapt population to Earth via Parallax Red, Sindri begins repairing the environmental systems and restoring marginal power to the rest of the station. He finds that the station's mat-trans unit is computerlocked onto the one in the installation code-named Redoubt Papa - the Totality Concept redoubt in Washington D.C. Sindri finds that the electromagnets powering dynamos of the station station's GRASER have become degaussed, and begins recharging the dynamos.

    Baron Cobalt approves Magistrate Salvo's idea to form an elite task force of Magistrates - code-named "Grudge" - which is exclusively assigned to tracking down traitors such as Kane and the Preservationists.

   September. DESTINY RUN Brigid and two other members of the Cerberus Redoubt are in Mongolia. They are investigating some strange readings and were captured by the locals. They have been badly beaten and two are dead. With the help of a Russian Brigid escapes and meets up with Kane and Grant. They capture one of the locals and head back to the states via a gateway. During the interrogation of the captive an implant inside his head kills him. Lakesh sends Brigid, Kane and Grant back to Russia to a gateway. On the twentieth they jump. After a brief encounter with a cult group they make their way to Moscow. On the 18th they manage to bluff enough people to get into the city. At the railroad they are separated. Kane is captured and interrogated. At Colbaltville The baron is very upset over the treatment he received at the hands of Kane and wants Lakesh's help in tracking them down. Brigid and Grant steal a train and are contacted by Kane after he makes peace with the Russians. Over dinner they discuss the situation and the Russians agree to help them get to the Gobi desert. The next day they head to Moscow's Airport and board one of the few remaining aircraft the Russians own, Tu-114 cargo plane.. They travel to the Gobi desert and meet with the Tribes people  The leader of the Tribe is the father of the current Tushe Gun. After being betrayed by the Russians they get into a fight with the Tushe Gun inside the city. Turns out that the city is on an Archon ship. During the fighting Brigid is exposed to a strange radiation which causes makes her sterile. Kane is badly wounded in his attempt to help her. After the Tushe Gun is defeated they use the near by Gateway to jump back to the states. 

   Grigori  Zakat survives the crash of the TU-114 after he and three others escape the fiasco in the black Gobi. He travels through the mountains until he stumbles upon a monastery. Here he is taken in by the monks and meets Dorjieff, the so-called King of Fear. In the months that follow, Zakat forms an alliance with Gyatso and seduces a young Tibetan woman named Trai. 

   Early October. Beth Li Rouch is brought to the Cerberus Redoubt from Sharpeville.

    October 21st. Lakesh has returned from Colbatville after learning a harvest of human genetic material is scheduled to occur in an outlander ville. 

   October 29. SAVAGE SUN Kane and his companions are in a Sandcat heading to a ville in South West Idaho called Cuprum. It is the ville where Domi was born and raised. When they arrive they discover that with the help of Magistrates, the Archons have already harvested the ville and killed everyone except a single old man named Makayu. They get into a firefight with a pair of Deathbirds. During the fight he encounters Salvo. They have no choice but to let one another go. On November 4th they arrive back at Cerberus. When they get back Kane confronts Lakesh about the harvesting and is very angry about it. On the fifth they learn from Lakesh that Baron Cobalt has formed the Grudge Task Force to hunt Kane and Grant down. Lakesh wants the group to head to Ireland and test out a device he created to see if they could tap into one of the natural occuring gateways. On the sixth at midnight they jump to the Wildroot compound in the remains of England. They are captured by a group of Dragoons and are escorted to New London and meet up with Strongbow and Morrigan. The man, Strongbow gives the group a little recent history about Ireland and England, and then gives them rooms, telling them that they are going to help him get to the emerald isle. At the same time Lakesh is in a meeting with the baron in Cobaltville. The baron announces that Abrams is a traitor and has him taken away. This allows Salvo the chance to drug and capture the old man. The next morning, on the 7th, Kane and his companions are attacked by Selkies while going to Ireland. One grabs Morrigan and Kane goes after her. The group are separated. Grant and Domi force the crew to close in on the shore where they leave. They meet up with some locals and are taken to the tribe. When Kane awakens he encounters Fand. She tries to get him to remember but he refuses. It is only a matter of time before the group is reunited and they take the fight to Strongbow with Fand's help. They use a gateway opened by the hybrid and enter Strongbows laboratory. The fight is brutal and they win. They are trapped and are forced to use the device to jump back to Cerberus. Lakesh encounters Salvo at Colbaltville and is taken prisoner 

    Early November: Roberta J. Berrier is taken from her work station in Ragnarville and thrown into detention.. The incident scares her badly and is all that Magistrate Barch needs in order to win over her confidence. Soon after they begin a physical relationship and she approaches him with data on Redoubt Zulu, which he had planted about a year before.

    Kane is diagnosed as showing early symptoms of post-traumatic stress syndrome. The swimming pool on the second level of Redoubt Bravo is restored to use.  

    Ambika begins to send her forces after the Ore convoys that traveled from the re-opened mines in the western part of the states.  The people were slaughtered with ruthless efficiency and anything of use was taken. It is simply the beginning, the opening volley in her war against Cobalt and the other barons.

   OMEGA PATH––During the jump back to Cerberus the four members find themselves flung to focal events in history. When they arrive back at the redoubt they spend two days resting up and recovering after the ordeal. Kane learns that Lakesh might be in Salvo's hands. Brigid is determined to mount a rescue to get him back on November 10th. At the same time Salvo is ordered to meet with the Baron. He learns that he is Kane's fraternal twin. And that he was behind all the problems with Kane. He's placed under arrest. He's taken away and is going to be operated on by the barons personal physicians. Kane and the others arrive and they make their way through the upper levels. They run into a couple of the Baron's guards and fight them. Turns out that they are genetically engineered. They spot Salvo and rescue him and force him to take them down to get Lakesh. They get him and kill several Mags on the way out. Domi uses a syn to prevent them from jumping to a different ville and is shot in the process. It works and they jump back to the redoubt. Domi is taken back to the medical ward and Brigid reminds Salvo about what she called him and then hits him. Kane takes Salvo to see Balam. He slams the man up and forces him to see what he's been protecting. He is overcome by the horror of it and begs Kane to kill him. Domi requires extensive surgery and is recovering when Brigid visits Lakesh. She describes what happened during the jump and the old man is ecstatic. He gets her to wheel him to a computer to analyze the data. With the data they can jump back in time and possibly change history. Lakesh wants to do it. On the December 12th they finish the modifications to the gateway that will allow them. They test it and accidentally bring Doc Tanner back from the past but quickly return him. Kane speaks to Salvo and gives him the chance to come with them or die. The man chooses to go with them. On the 13th after spending the night preparing a tape to give himself, his past self. Everyone is shocked to see that Salvo is going with them. They jump and arrive in the past beneath the world trade centers in New York city. Everyone is awed by the sights they see in the past and are blown away by the sheer number people they see. They pass a television and discover that they are in a different timeline, as the president is different. They go to a restaurant and read over magazines to catch up on the current history. A waiter brings over a drink that was bought for them from C.W. Thrush and a pair of MiB's. They confront him and he tells them that they are free to go and that no matter what they do it won't change the future. All three head outside and head towards the theater where they are to meet Lakesh. Salvo makes a break for it and escapes. They decide to head to the theater where they meet up with Salvo. He takes Lakesh hostage and they head to the roof. There Kane kills Salvo and then Thrush kills Lakesh before they shoot him. Thrush doesn't die but takes Salvo's body with him and escapes. Kane and Brigid share a kiss.

    Mid-December: The nine baronies hold a council, clearing the secrets in the databases about the redoubts. They all agree to recce the redoubts scattered across the continent, in search of the renegade Magistrates Kane and Grant.

    December 22nd PARALLAX RED Grant, Kane and Brigid defend the pass to the redoubt from a a group of roamers led by a man named Le Loup Garou. They refuse to let them pass and in the end kill the man, and at the same time encounter the local natives and return several native girls the roamers took captive. Lakesh is talking to Domi when the others arrive. Kane lets Lakesh know that the pass is now impassible as they blew it to take out the roamers. They then learn that the mat trans in Papa Redoubt, near the Washington hole has been activated. But they are unable to trace the origin of the transmission. Lakesh wants Kane to check it out. Brigid meets with the latest addition to the redoubt, a beautiful Asian woman named Beth Li Rouch. Brigid isn't impressed when she learns that her sole purpose is to make a baby with Kane. Kane agrees to head to Papa Redoubt for a recce. Lakesh surprises them by telling them that he will go on the recce as well. On December 23rd, when they arrive at the redoubt Lakesh removes the memory core and the others explore, finding a body of a Transadapts and run into dead Mags. Outside, they see three deathbirds arrive and see baron Sharpe. They try to run and during the fight Sharpe is wounded by Kane. They head back to Cerberus. Kane goes to have his injury checked out by Dafore. Lakesh learns where they came from and they discover that its a space station. Lakesh wants a recce of the station and they are willing, if not eager to go. They leave the 24th. Upon arriving on the station they explore and meet one of the Trans adapts. They are captured and Brigid meets Sindri, the leader of the Transadapts. Sindri ends up using a combination of the sonic Harp and drugs to force the three to go with him. When they awaken, Kane and Grant are being milked for their seed. When they finally awaken they discover that they've been on Mars for two days, making it the 26th. They are shown around the Martian base and given a history lesson as well. They also meet Sindri's father. Grant and Kane plan their escape. They cause a lot of confusion by shutting off the gravity generators and increase the oxygen content.They are able to locate the mat trans after getting Brigid and jump to the Parallax Red station. Here they prevent Sindri from carrying out his plan and nearly destroy the station before they jump back to earth. On December 27th they are debriefed and receive an ominous warning from Sindri. 

    2199: Early January.  A Magistrate named Rhine is assigned to the Dulce New Mexico base to beef up the security forces there.

    Another of Ambika's spies is captured and tortured to Death in Baron Cobalt's ville.  This makes three spies that his Magistrates have been able to uncover in the past twelve months. 

    DOOMSTAR RELIC: Magistrate Barch and Archivist Berrier travel into Alaska to investigate Redoubt Zulu. Here they uncover the HAARP project as well as integrate with the Thermonic Autogenic Robotic Assistance data network outfeed. Barch forces Berrier to link up with the computer, linking her to TARA. The Cerberus satellites in orbit over Alaska record bizarre weather conditions, many types weather taking place in a period of two days. January 27th. Kane is in Louisiana. He encounters a group of swampies who tell him that a group of mags who are offering a huge reward for the capture or information leading to the capture of the renegades. He fights and escapes them heading to meet Beth Li in redoubt Delta. At the same time Brigid, Grant and Domi are in redoubt Tango, the redoubt where Ryan and his companions discovered Mildred Wyeth over a century before. They are making it appear as if someone had lived in it. When they are about to leave they see the arrival of a trio of Magistrates and are horrified when they can't jump out. At this time TARA, a computer hologram from Redoubt Zulu assassinates Baron Ragnar. Banks informs Lakesh that Balam is having a fit, and he checks it out. Grant and Domi learn about Ragnar's assassination. They finally manage to jump back to Cerberus. Lakesh dismisses the others to talk to Brigid alone. When Kane goes through decontamination, he finds Beth Li waiting for him. Again he turns her down. On the 28th a bizarre weather system hits Ragnarville, smashing into it with violence that hasn't been seen since the holocaust. They lose at least one Deathbird. Barch has returned to the ville and announces his intention to become baron. He appoints Royce the new head Magistrate. After discussing the events, Kane and Grant head back to redoubt Tango, disguised as Magistrates sent by Barch. At the same time Barch assembles the trust, and when one of the members demands that he be arrested, he has Royce kill him, then initiates him into the trust. In the redoubt the bluff doesn't quite work, but instead of killing the man Kane and Grant take him captive. After a brief discussion with Lakesh, Brigid and Domi agree to go to redoubt Zulu and explore. Kane and Grant slip into Ragnarville and meet with a Tartarus Pit boss. At the same time Brigid and Domi arrive in Zulu and are surprised how warm it is. They go outside and are shocked to see that it is a warm spring day. Royce discovers Kane and Grant. A squad is sent to get them and he goes to the baron. Kane and Grant discover what happened. They also make a temporary alliance with Klaws, the Tartarus pits boss. Kane and Grant are forced to meet with Barch. He wants them to join him. He uses HAARP technology to force them to comply. They all head to Zulu. Here they meet with Brigid and Domi, and learn that Barch was behind everything. Here they help Roberta/TARA realize what Barch did to her. She kills Royce using the Doomstar technology and forces everyone out. Outside Berrier rips Barch's heart out. Tara allows them to use the gateway to return but tells them that they have no reason ever to come back.  

    Early March: Cobaltville receives two replacement Deathbirds to fill in the gaps in it's armory.

    March 2199: ICEBLOOD Kane, Brigid and Grant are near the Sioux encampment. They can see that Auebach is about to have his manhood burned off by the natives. They are able to get his and Beth Li Rouches release after Kane fights one of the men. He gains a ritual scar of unktomi shunaha, the trickster wolf. After this they are shown the War Wag that had been there for over one hundred years. They agree to repair it in exchange for the alliance. Back in the redoubt they discover that the capture of Beth Li was a plan made in conjunction with Lakesh to force Kane to go after her and rescue her. She asks Brigid to step aside and if she didn't, threatened her. Kane made it clear what he would do to her if she harmed Brigid. In Tibet, Zakat finally learns the secret of the monastery.  Kane and the rest arrive back at Cerberus after five days travel. The arrive on March 10th. He is shocked when he learns that Balam wanted to talk to him directly. This prevents him from laying a booting to Lakesh. Balam tells him about the Chintamani Stone, and how he wants him to prevent it falling into the wrong hands. They discover Mat-trans activity beneath Manhattan and jump to investigate. Here they encounter Zakat and several others who are after a piece of the stone. When both groups come under attack from Scalies and one lone Stickie, they make a brief truce. After that Grant is trapped under a Blue Whale in the museum and the other group escape. After freeing Grant they jump back to Cerberus where Dafore announces that Grant is going to be laid up for a week or more. Lakesh is furious they didn't get the stone and they go to Balam. They release him and he agrees to guide them. Kane is enraged after listening to him and attacks Balam, only to be given a telepathic history of the Archon people. After that they head over to Tibet, bringing Balam with them. They find themselves in the monastery. They quickly learn that Zakat and the others left to find the last part of the stone. The next day, on the 11th they head to the city of Agartha. They reach the city on the 12th. They find that Zakat and the others are there. Balam ignores them and heads into it. They eventually come to a huge statue and a river, from there the city. They encounter three Archons, who point them in the right direction. They meet Balam and his father, Lam. Kane touches the stone and sees the parallel worlds, where he is killed. Zakat and the others arrive, and force Kane to drop their weapons by killing one of the Archons. Gyatso demands the stone and it kills him. Kane attacks and kills Zakat. Balam takes the stone from Lam who finally passes into the next world and gives it to Kane, telling him it's his turn to guard the destiny of humanity.

    March 13  HELLBOUND FURY: Brigid, Kane and Trai make it back to the monastery. Back at Cerberus Beth Li announces that she wants to go back to Sharpeville, but Lakesh tells her its impossible. Domi and Grant wait for Kane and Brigid to make it back. Kane witnesses three alternate realities during the Jump. It actually takes time for him to reform, but Dafore announces him fit. At this time in Cobaltville, Abrams is taken before the baron, who tells him that he believes that the directorate might not exist. He also tells him he knows the truth behind Lakesh's kidnapping. Dafore discovers that there are two sets of brain wave patterns. Brigid helps Kane back to his room where they encounter Beth Li. She and Brigid fight, Kane gets shot in the process. The wound isn't serious and he is allowed to leave. After the wound is treated, Kane meets with the others. They talk about what to do next, and Lakesh. During the talk, Kane picks up one of the stones and has a vision of three different casements, and of Col. Thrush. They all talk about what happened, and Dafore takes Kane aside and tells him what the EKG showed her. On the 16th of March they make the jump over to the first of the alternate casements, where the Nazi's won the second world war and control the planet. Here, in the space of a few hours time they encounter Colonel Thrush and expose his experiment, one that created the next humans, who were to wipe out humanity. In the end they are killed by the battle class hybrids, but the knowledge was made known to the general public. They are returned to their own casement, mentally worse for wear but still alive. 

   March 17th NIGHT ETERNAL. No one can sleep after the events in which everyone died. Due to what they encountered, Kane decides that he is going to jump alone into the next casement. On the 17th he makes the jump, but it turns out to be a trap, set up by Thrush. The others wanted to pull him out but Lakesh stops them. He doesn't return when he was supposed to. He eventually makes it back and despite the danger, they decide to go to the next casement. On the 18th of January when they jump, they have a jump dream where Kane and Grant learn that Thrush manages to kill Brigid. When they finally make it, Kane discovers that he and Rouch are partners and are investigating Roamer activity. They are expecting a trap. It is a brutal fight, and Kane learns that he is a cyborg. The Kane from the real world takes control of his doppelganger when a man they are trying to capture is executed. Here Grant is the leader of the Black Panthers and has a huge bounty on his head. He is at the wall that separates the country and is waiting to ambush a convoy. Kane is under the suspicion that Beth Li actually tried to kill him. After the ambush Grant meets a rival gang wins a fight, absorbing that gang into his. Brigid discovers that she is being followed. Shortly afterwards The gang comes under attack by western collation helicopters. Poison gas is released on them. After spending the night with Rouch, Kane pulls up his file and learns about his doppelganger and is met by Thrush and taken to the Trader Consortium. Brigid beats her attacker and discovers that she and Kane are married in this casement. Kane is forced to watch Thrush interrogate a trader, learning that he is part of the underground. When its over, Thrush traps him and interrogates him. He is satisfied that Kane is this casements Kane and tells him about Lakesh and how he is responsible for the Roamers. At this time Brigid is taken to see Lakesh. Grant is heading to meet Lakesh as well. Kane goes to Brigid's dorm where he meets her attacker. After discovering that he is indeed part of the DEI, Kane is forced to kill him when he attacks. When Lakesh is finished with her, she returns to her home where she and Kane give into their passions. Brigid gains control of her doppelganger. When he leaves Beth Li goes after Brigid. She places a bomb and when it goes off, Kane is able to regain control of his doppelganger. He meets with Grant and they meet with Lakesh. They learn about hybrids being used in the Embassy and they stage an assault. Here they are able to expose the presence of the Archons to the general populace and when that is complete they jump back to their own casement. Brigid and Kane discuss their relationship on the other casement and he lets her know that he's going to be heading over to Sky Dog's people in the next few days.  

   March 23st Outer Darkness: Kane and grant have spent several days with Skydogs people getting the War Wag up and running.  And not a moment too soon. Brigid is back at the redoubt and voices her opinion on Beth Li and wants to talk to Lakesh about it. Abrams, leading a force meet with the Indians and are told to turn back. No if, ands, or buts about it. They fight and Kane uses the War Wag to force the magistrates leave.  On the 24nd, they leave the Indian ville and go back to the redoubt. Back at the redoubt, they prepare for the next jump. Beth Li speaks to him briefly, apologizing for shooting him. On the 25th they jump and Kane, Brigid and Grant find themselves in the next casement. This one, the war had been averted and mankind made it to the stars. Here Thrush is preparing to cause the various factions to go to war, so he can subjugate the survivors.  Kane and the others are able to use this casements bodies to get to his 'hub' or intradimensional fortress.  They confront the living program and seem to be able to defeat him.  But due to his nature, there is no way to know for sure if he was truly vanquished. They return to their own casement.  But Beth Li finally plays her cards and tries to kill them by messing with the power. Wigman prevents her from succeeding and Domi attacks her. She ends up killing the woman and Auerbach is put into custody. After discussing the stones, Kane takes them from Lakesh and goes outside, tossing them into the river far below, eliminating any possible temptation to use them again. 

   March  23rd Armageddon Axis: The group head to Dulce, New Mexico.  They plan on simply preventing the annual harvest from taking place, but instead end up destroying it, almost entirely when they shoot the Aurora down. After being chased away they finally manage to make it back to the redoubt. Back at the redoubt, a Transadapt arrives holding a grenade, asking to see Brigid. On the 24th, they stop and run into a group of dregs, who recognize them. They're called Baron Blasters. Cobalt is going over communiqués about the rebellion and the dissention, and the destruction of Dulce.. He orders Abrams to join them, and he wants him to inspect a new facility for him. The others arrive at the redoubt on the 25th. They meet the transadapt who asks them to help Sindri. When they watch the tape, Lakesh spots someone and is sick. He eventually tells Brigid about the history between himself, and Dian. Kane, Lakesh, and Brigid head to the Anthill. Grant and Domi stay behind to act as backup. Inside the anthill complex, where they meet with Sindri and are knocked unconscious. Lakesh is reunited with Dian when he awakens.  Sindri informs Kane that the whole thing was a set up to get them here. He planned on using the tech to take out the baronies. With their help they get to the Aurora and take off.  On board, they fight and damage the Aurora, and Kane ends up killing Dian .They are able to jump out using Parachutes, leaving a wounded Sindri to crash with the aircraft. Baptist is enraged by Kanes actions. Back at Cobaltville, Abrams is killed by Cobalts people when he planned on betraying the Baron. 

   First week of April The inhabitants of Samariumville first learn of the plague affecting the outlander villes around Lafayette. The doctors and ville scientists begin to discuss and debate the ramifications of this outbreak. 

   April 25th  Armageddon Axis: The exiles were in the outlands in order to get themselves taken on one of the ore caravans to find out who was behind the attacks, and why. After a brief fight with brigands, Kane and Domi join a caravan and they stop for the night at a crossroads stop called Peabodies. After Dawn the convoy continues and is eventually set upon by the raiders. The convoy is wiped out, as well as the magistrate force that was sent to protect it. Kane and Domi both escape.A short time later they stop a wag Kearney was driving and get the message he was to deliver to Cobalt. They return to the battle site and get enough fuel to follow the raiders back to the Dinosaur National Monument. They join up with Grant and Brigid and follow the raiders trail to the park, and discover the hidden gateway. Kearny in the meantime reports to Cobalt and after which he is killed. After exploring the redoubt, they agree to take the gateway and find out where the raiders came from. They jump.  The second redoubt is located about twenty miles from the submerged ruins of LA.  The next day they leave and almost as soon as they are out of the redoubt, get into a pitched battle and end up rescuing the crew of a ship called the Sloop John B. They learn the attackers are Tongs from China. They force the crew to travel with them, while Brigid and Domi travel in the sandcat, pacing them on shore. After one brief stop they hit the main city in the western islands, and meet both Qiang and Ambika. Kane is ushered in to meet her, and she tells them that she knows all about them, due to her spies in Cobaltville. After dismissing him they meet her at seven in the evening and travel to her island home. The next day, before arriving they join in a fight to save one of Ambika's oil ships. The pirates are wiped out and six new ships are added to her fleet. By sunset, the arrive at her island fortress. Kane learns more of her plans and after agreeing to sleep with her, he finally subdues her. They scuttle the submarine she was planning to use and take her hostage. Taking the John B, they have to fight, Ambika escapes.  The next day they head back to the gateway to return to Cerberus.

   May 16th Wreath of Fire: The four exiles in arms are in the outlands of Utah.  They planned on joining with the trader convoys brining ore to Cobaltville and want to find out what has been happening to the convoys.  After a brief run in with highwaymen, Kane and Domi join one group and they stop for the night. Cobalt sends Kearny out to meet the convoy, to provide it with protection from whoever's been attacking it. As the convoy approaches the area the mags are set up in, a force attacks. The magistrates lose six Deathbirds in the battle and both the convoy personnel and the magistrate force are wiped out. Kane and Domi escape. Kearny is taken captive and meets the leader of the raiders, a woman named Ambika. She sends him back to Cobaltville with a message for the baron. He's intercepted by Kane and Grant, and they get the message before sending him onwards. After the battle, Lakesh tells the exiles to check out the Dinosaur national monument, as he suspects that is where the raiders came from, that there is a hidden gateway there.  As night falls, they arrive at the national park and are able to track the raiders to the redoubt. After learning from Kearny the true nature of the attackers, Cobalt orders assassins to be dispatched, and Kearny is killed. Kane and the other exiles use the mat trans to follow Ambika.  They are near the western islands when they arrive. The next day they go out to explore and end up rescuing a trader from a group of Tongs.  Reluctantly the trader takes them to the main trading port where Ambika and Qiang are supposed to be.  After encountering the Tong leader they meet up with Ambika. She doesn't kill them outright and she agrees to have them go to her island fortress with her. On the 19th they arrive and learn a great deal about the warrior woman, as well as her history and what she plans to do. Kane isn't willing to let her succeed and after seducing her, takes her captive and scuttles the Octopus Lotus.  Ambika escapes and is now out for blood. They jump back to Cerberus on the 20th.

   May 29th: Reports start to trickle into Cerberus from the Baronies. They learn about the re-occurrence of the black plague in Samariumville.  The scientists and ville doctors decide to send in a team to investigate. 

    June 2nd Partial power is restored in the ruins of the Dulce facility.

    June 12th: Baron Sharpe and Cobalt are inspecting the ruined Dulce Facility. 

    June 12th  Shadow Scourge: The exiles were sent to the Amazon basin to investigate a redoubt they knew was located there. They arrived on the 12th and spent three days with the natives who after they tried to leave on the 15th captured Domi and Grant and planned to sacrifice them. Kane was able to avoid capture and helped them escape, after killing the huge mutated snake they worshipped. 

    June 25th Hell Rising.
