There is a gateway located in Milton Reeth's canyon fortress in the Mesa Verde Canyon. The color of the gateway is unknown at this time. From this gateway the slaver would send captured outlanders to the Dulce New Mexico facility to be harvested for their organs and other useful genetic material.
Milton Reeth had a good thing going but got greedy and started sending Dregs and others who had damaged gene gnomes, instead of healthy, hearty individuals. Because of this, he was served a Termination warrant, which Salvo, Grant and Kane carried out, but set in motion the eventual exile of Kane and Grant to the outlands.
