Dregs
Dregs are not really mutants per-se. They are humans that have suffered from chromosomal damage due to exposure to chemicals, radiation and disease.
These unfortunate victims are very unhealthy and were at one time considered to be true mutants, back in Ryan Cawdor's time. They were known as Scabbies back then.
Generally they suffer from poor health and have open sores or scabs on their bodies. Hair is at best, sparse and quite a few suffer from diseases like leprosy or skin cancer.
Because of this they are generally shunned by everyone, most of all the ville bred inhabitants. Even those in the Tartarus pits consider themselves far better than these genetically damaged individuals.
Some are bitter and take it out on anyone they find, while others try to eke by an existence that is little better than that of prehistoric man.
Unlike people from Outland villes, the Barons will not allow these damaged humans to be taken and harvested for the organs and genetic material, as it would contaminate their fragile immune systems as well.
