Fand's Harp
The harp appears to be a simple brass framed musical instrument. When played this instrument has several different effects.
One effect is that it can cause Hallucinations. In Savage Sun Fan's personal assistant used it on Kane to think that he was in a forest surrounded by mythological creatures. It also seemed to unlock other deeper, hidden memories.
The harp was also used to cause pleasure as well as exquisite pain.
