Baron Ragnar
Physically Baron Ragnar shared the same characteristics with his fellow brothers and one sister baron. Tall and thin, with a large cranium and huge eyes, small, lipless mouth and slightly pointed ears. His hair color was blond, with the hair being soft and fine.
Baron Ragnar was a bit of an oddity among the nine barons. He had developed a near insatiable taste for human females. He speculated that some of genes he possessed must have come from exceptionally highly sexed individuals. Due to the under-developed organs possessed by the Hybrids, he was forced to use prosthetic attachments. With help from his inner circle he indulged in carnal acts with the most succulent woman that the ville and surrounding outlands had to offer.
Another deviation from the normal baron behavior was his love for firearms. For over a decade he used a modified specter, similar to the weapon used by the Magistrates, the Sin Eater.
None of the women who had intercourse with the Baron were allowed to live. Even the ones who were not driven slightly mad from the experience.
Baron Ragnar originally thought that TARA was sent to him by his staff. He was horrified to learn that she wasn't actually sent for his pleasure. But that she came instead on her own to kill him. He tried to defend himself by firing his modified specter. The weapon has no effect on TARA.
He is killed when TARA places her hands against his head. The baron feels a mighty thunderclap and his eyes frost over, before his head is filled with a killing heat. A mass of flickering blue flames sprouted from the pours on his head. She literally burns his head off, killing the baron.
