Baron Sharpe

Baron Sharpe believes that he has been dead spiritually for eight years.  In 2190 he succumbed to an infection.  He coughed up blood flecked phlegm for two days before slipping into a coma.

He was whisked off to the Dulce New Mexico where the hybrids spent a week working on him, healing him. The staff had detoxified his system, replaced damaged organs, and told him that he was cured.

After this he believed that he was dead despite eating, breathing, and sleeping. It bothered him that no one else seemed to notice that he was dead. But after several months he grew used to it. In fact he found it quite liberating.

Unlike his fellow barons, he was a direct descendant of the original Baron Sharpe. Of course the barons genes had been mixed and spliced with that of the very best, as well as Archon genes.  He shared the same physical characteristics of the Barons, with the blond wispy hair, the blue eyes and small, delicate features.

He had also inherited some of his ancestors eccentricities.  One was a fondness of picking through the stored clothing in the villes historical division, and wearing what ever struck his whim at the moment. Depending on his fancy, he would outfit himself in white tie and tails, complete with a silk top-hat, and silver knobbed walking stick.  On other days it might be a backless gold evening gown with a teased out bouffant wig worn as shock value fashion statement. It didn't matter to him if the clothing was on the verge of falling apart from age, since he was dead after all.

The fact that none of his personal staff would acknowledge his condition, made him question himself.  He sought out the audience of a doom-seer. Under normal circumstances finding such a mutant would have been exceedingly difficult.

However, such a mutant lived in the Baron's personal mutant zoo.  He met crawler, the same mutant that the original baron Sharpe kept.  After talking to the man, and Crawler revealed that the baron had died and crossed back and no longer needed to fear death, Sharpe made him his personal high Counselor.

A few weeks later when he was going through the archived clothing he found a violet jump suit with huge belled legs, flame covered satin facings, and a bat winged collar. Worked in glittering Rhinestones on the back where the letters, TCB. He took this as his personal uniform and statement of belief.  To him, the TCB meant To Cross Back.

After this he met with his personal trust and insisted on the recreation of a Victorian parlor, a sitting room where he could meet.

He insisted on going to Redoubt Papa to investigate the loss of several magistrates.  Here he encountered Kane and Grant and was grievously wounded, but didn't hold it against the pair.
