District 12
District 12 was developed in 2174. It was put together by the soviet government of that time in order to secure any and all predark technology, particularly that related to the Totality concept.
The mission parameters changed slightly in 2186. Members were scattered all over Europe and Asia to keep their eyes on the other nations that were struggling to rebuild themselves after the holocaust, particularly China.
Many agents were sent out as well to located 'Damned Data' . It is a coded reference to predark Intel of the highest security classification. It was less than fact but more than rumor.
Those accepted into the district ranks were all highly trained and quite intelligent. Many had high ambitions as well. Primarily they had to be very tough and fearless.
