shopping at Amazon

Does Amazon support your site regardless of what is purchased there, or just books? Cause I shop there a lot and would be glad to link to them through here to support the site. Best Regards.

Re: shopping at Amazon

As long as you start by following a link from this site (either from the new widget at the top of the home page, or from any of the book covers on the home page or in the bibliography), any subsequent purchase you make will pay a small percentage to the website.  So yeah, if you start by coming here, then whatever you buy throws some change my way and I am very appreciative.

Re: shopping at Amazon

As often as I go to Amazon, I keep forgetting to go through you or Terry's site.  Thanks for the reminder.

Can you add a link to Amazon UK ? Would you get the percentage from that site too ?

Being in the UK means I cant order from the .com site and I would hate to think that I'm doing you out of potential funds from that site as I but most of my books from there.

Re: shopping at Amazon

Apparently I would have to create an associate's account there separately, create separate links, and then I would only get paid in gift certificates for the .uk site.  I don't think I would get enough traffic to warrant the effort.  Tell you what, though, if you really want to support the site, pick me up a couple of the Weeping Angel action figures and send them to me.  They are impossible to get here in the U.S.   ;-)
