I hear that Deathlands will be returning to a six book a year schedule in the future.
Interesting...
According to what I read on MB.com they're trying to fill the hole left in the schedule by the cancelation of Room 59...but why don't they go back to the way it was before Room 59? That series hasnt even been out a year yet.
But maybe they plan to put OL out of its (and our) misery and need an increased schedule to take up the slack...that way Mark could reclaim the series and take it to a publisher who actually has a clue and would treat him decently!
I guess I've really been out of the loop. Has there been discussion that Mark and not Gold Eagle owns the rights and trademark to the Outlanders series?
No, just a pervasive opinion (which I share) that Outlanders without Mark really isn't Outlanders.
Only the principals involved (like Mark) would be able to comment on contracts, trademarks, copyrights and the legalities thereof.

Good that means more stories to read about Ryan and Co.

And if there is?

That's for damn sure!
Dude, please chill. This is not the place for baiting for arguments.
God,what I would not give to see Mark Ellis return to Death Lands???
He is perhaps one of a handful of gu'ys who could return the series to the Laurence James day's without the LJ mistakes!
I might not be an Outlanders fan but I am a fan of Mark Ellis.
It would be incredible if he were to take over the Death Lands books.
Not bad typing for a 2 yr old huh Daniel?
