Laurence James would be proud!
by Maximus
I just finished reading this March release, and what an instant classic it is!
Chick Rogers proves once again with just 2 books just who is the leading author in this series. Hell Road Warriors is juicy from 1st page to last, chock full of old-style Deathlands carnage with the main characters being written as being themselves, just as the original author wrote them.
If anything, Rogers infuses further depth to the main characters, and the overall storyline is much richer and fuller, with Hollywood type action scenes that would make any director wish they could have thought of it.
The Deathlanders find themselves in the great white north. Canada! This has never been explored before, and Rogers takes you on a thrill ride through the wilderness and seascapes of post-apocalyptic Canada that readers will not soon forget.
